Chateau Moulin de Grenet

The Roskam Brunot family has been producing wines for over 70 years. Earl Vignobles Frans Roskam was created in September 2005 with the purchase of Chateau La Lauzette Declercq. The new estate has diversified the Roskam family activities, enabling them to offer a larger range of Chateau Wines.

Albert Brunot purchased Chateau Cantenac in 1936. This 12.5 hectares (31 acres) vineyard, typical of Saint-Emilion with its soils of sand and gravel, is located west of the medieval village renowned for its ancient buildings, historical monuments, as well as the excellence of the regional wines.

Today Liz and Frans Roskam Brunot manage over 65 acres of vines between the two estates, Cantenac and La Lauzette. Frans is the fourth generation of winemakers from his family. Liz, was born in Illinois, and met Frans while on an exchange program in France. In 2005 she became the first American woman to obtain the French Diplome d’Oenologie from Bordeaux. Both studied enology and viticulture and graduated from the University of Bordeaux.

Lussac St Emilion

This wine's youth is evident in its bright purple appearance and the ripe and lively bouquet. Pleasant and balanced with blackberry and raspberry aromas and clean flavors dominate its medium body blend. Fruit is certainly the driving force in the smooth long finish. Only 2500 cases produced.
