Production zone: San Biagio Vecchio, Grown 190 meters above sea level I Emilia Romagna by the Adriatic Sea, From vineyards with an average vine age of 25 years. 

Soil: Fossil clay with Limestone

Varieties: 80%Chardonnay 15% Malvasia di Candia 5% Trebbiano

Exposure: Southern Eastern

Vinification: the grapes are manually harvested, 2 day of skin contact maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast.

No filtration, only use of thermic shock to drain the sediments.

Aging: Stainless steel for 6 months and then in the bottle

Total Sulphur: 36 MG/L

Total Acidity: 6.4 G/L
