Ca' Brusa

Located in historic Monforte D'Alba Ca Brusa will be certified organic with the release of the 2012 vintage. Their vineyards are planted on clay over limestone with an average vine age of 35 years. Vinification is traditional with long macerations and fermentation and ageing in both barrique and botti from 10 to 15 months and an additional 18 months in the bottle before release.

Barolo Vigna D'Vai

100% Nebbiolo from 30 year old vines grown on Monforte D'Alba. Vinification is traditional with a 20 to 25 day long maceration with daily pumping of the must over the cap. The resulting wine is aged for 15 months in barrique followed by 10 months in botti and an additional 18 months in the bottle before release. Ca Brusa practices organic viticulture and will release its first certified organic wine with the 2012 vintage.
